- Workers: full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, contact details, address, passport number, Aadhaar/PAN, photographs, skills, work experience, educational qualifications, medical reports, police clearance certificates, and emergency contacts.
- Employers: company name, registration details, GST/license numbers, contact person details, hiring requirements, and payment information.
- Sub-agents/Partners: business name, KYC documents, bank details, and commission arrangements.
- Visitors: name, phone, email, country of interest and any message submitted via the contact form.
1.2 Information we collect automatically
- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, referral source, and clickstream data
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Match workers with suitable job opportunities domestically and abroad
- Process visa, eMigrate, attestation and travel documentation
- Conduct background, medical and skill verification
- Communicate offers, deployment status, contract details and grievance updates
- Generate invoices, process payments and maintain accounting records
- Comply with legal obligations under Indian labour laws, the Emigration Act, 1983, the DPDP Act 2023, and destination country regulations
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and human trafficking
- Improve our services, website performance and customer experience

- Employers: to assess your suitability for job openings (workers' profiles, with consent)
- Government authorities: Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Protector General of Emigrants, eMigrate portal, embassies, consulates, and Indian missions abroad
- Service providers: medical centres, attestation agencies, insurance providers, travel agents, payment processors and IT vendors — all bound by confidentiality agreements
- Legal & compliance: when required by law, court order, regulatory request, or to protect rights, safety and property
5. International data transfers
Because we facilitate overseas placements, your personal data may be transferred to recipients in other countries (e.g., UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore). Where the destination country's data protection laws are less stringent than India's, we put appropriate contractual safeguards in place to protect your data.

Worker records are retained for a minimum of 7 years after the end of deployment to comply with the Emigration Act and destination country audit requirements. - Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: request deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Grievance redressal: file a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Policy)
- Nominate: appoint another individual to exercise your rights in case of incapacity or death

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted object storage for documents, role-based access controls, audit logging, and periodic security reviews. Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to protect your account credentials.

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
